There are a lot of factor to be considered for someone to be a great candidate of a customer service job. First, I think is experience, you can always have a better trust to someone who has experience of doing something and their achievements on that experience is a great factor too. Second is attitude, a person with a positive personality will always be a good factor to any job. Someone who sees every problem as an opportunity to improve or showcase their skill is a great addition to a company. Lastly, education, though it is very important to some that you finished at least a diploma it doesn't necessarily to others. Some companies gives priority to trainings that are particular to the job you are applying.

I believe that I am the best candidate for this position because of my extensive customer service and management experience and my ability to adapt to any situation. I have a passion for success and goal oriented demeanor that would push me to accomplish my set tasks. I worked as a customer service representative for almost 3 years, and what i gained from experince allows me to say that; it is all really about the attidue since you are dealing with other person oraly not pgysically, so mainly alot of body language gestures and postures do not exist so its all about the positivitey that you generate through a peace of equipment such as the phone or the omputer microphones, etc.
I tend to overview every aspect of the job or the product that i will be presenting, so mainly it is about knowing your product or your provided service.
