How can leaders learn to become better leaders?

You can become a better leader by many different things:

• Always treat your team members with respect
• Listen to your team members if they want to tell you something.
• Learn from your mistakes (Be honestly. We are all human, we all make mistakes sometimes.)
• Never stop learning new things.
• Explain your decisions to your team members if necessary.
• Ask for feedback and listen carefully while getting it.
• Never make a fool of one of your team members in public!
• Never present the working results of a team member as yours.

By adopting change, learning new skills and by developing listening skills.

to become a great leader, the following are necessities

• people management skill 
• the "we" can do it spirit 

if you are a leader  its a behavior life stile not subject to study and i think he will learn himself and try to adept his way every second and observe to improve his skills i think most of leaders allover the world did not learn how to be good leaders

try to manage the team and concern about their needs and listen their issues carefully and aslo provide some positive and friendly environment

Leaders learn to become better leaders by treating all members equally. Listening to each others. Accept the ideas of others an discuss them politely . Respect all members and ask for feedbacks. Respect the thoughts and ideas of your team members and encourage them for more. Motivate your team members and again respect is the main goal.

Leader is one who has good communication skills with positive attitude. He has the power to create opportunity and he is the one who lead the team from the front with his leading expertise.

Do to others what you expect people do to yourself.

Humility is a great weapon to destroy shells.

Always listen when asked something.
