When customers ask small favor that is out of your duty, do you oblige?

It is depend on company policies

in my field of work its highly recomanded  to stick on the works plans so thers no favor that im obliged to do  it,but as friendly favor out of the work thats really fine and  also im not obliged .

If it does not conflict with the duty itself, sure I would.
