What are the methods to make employees happy when the business is slow and everyone is sad because the seniors are getting angry and shouting?

It is normal that seniors/higher management is always shouting and not happy when the business is down because they are all thinking about the employees that are leaning on them that needs their salary at the end of the month and their family are all depending on it.

Sometimes we feel that there are people who takes it easy because they probably don't know the bad effect of it because of their way of understanding and some people will act easy because the pressure is not really on small people but the management.

The best way to be positive in this situation is to think creatively on what can you contribute in this situation such as reducing expenses  and taking this time as an opportunity in doing conducting small trainings for associates whom you know needs it.
