Absolutely not, I always give the same importance to the sales and service. like an example, sales and service are two tyres of a bicycle. any one got punctred or damaged, we can not do cycling.

As the Businesses are becoming global which requires intraction with diversified customers and in order to get more benefit  / better satisfication of customers company's Costomer Service Representatives have to expand their social skills.  In my openion no customer service representative can provide better satisfication to company's customers untill they have the accurate knowledge of their norms and social values.  Thus he must have to be socialized.

Of course no, he can't. Because It requires a professional interacting with all classes of people, to be very attentive and careful to all kinds of inquires and evaluate their needs giving the proper answers in short time.

No they can never be. A professional in this line of work has to be very attentive to understand all inquires of the client and to evaluate their needs. He must be geared up to provide the solution to the querys within the time limited expected by clients.

No. Not at all. To be come good customer representative, he must understand customer needs and he should listen customers voice clearly and carefully. He should take extreme care of customer and his expectations.

To be a great customer service representative, I believe one would need to take the time to really understand the customers needs and then solve for that.

This would require a great deal of patience and putting oneself in the customers place and emphathise with them.

Being anti social is a state of being and one cannot readily change their thinking, attitude, state of mind etc especially for the required extended periods of time required in customer service to properly service customers.

My response is no, anti socials cannot be great customer service representatives.

My answer is NO

Customer service and customer maniac is a mentality and an attitude at the first place, you can improve them but not teaching them.
