yes , cause we spend more time in office than home secondly as we need to get things done by our juniors or sub-ordinates it is very much advisable to have a friendly environment and keep it lively as much as possible this will help the organisation as well individuals within the organisation 

Because being good and friendly to your colleagues turns same as well and it makes people fresh and happy. Otherwise psichology effects badly and fights can happen during work. Working with clear mind and seeing friendship gives more wish to work and happiness on your work.

Because of friendly environment we can do easily work woithout error. And work with heart & soul for company not ourslef. if we ar'nt working with friendly environment it will b oposite.
