In case you are a member of the interview Committee, What are major points which have to be considered to select the candidate as a salesman ?

Firstly i will check and evaluate the previous experience, secondly acertain that they are people of Integrity. i will look for interpersonal skill, communication skill and their zeal for the position.

Make sure to identify the candidate's integrity to themselves. If someone does not have integrity to himself or herself, then they will not serve you with integrity.

If I am one of the person I will focus on the person's personality because I know that others will focus on his ability.
