You have to read and be familiar with the client requirements, also be familiar with the following:

  • Contract requirements.
  • Applicable standards and procedures.
  • Market influence.
  • Unit rates.
  • Invite the technical personnel to attend the meeting to answer all technical questions.
  • The most important, you have to be prepared before conducting negotiation.
