Is there any way as to eliminate hypocrisy from organisations?

Hypocrisy is a recipe found in the human psyche coupled with honesty and with good and evil, black and white these contradictions is the engine of life can only co-exist side by side to complete the life and feels the sense of beauty, however, can reduce the negative qualities in institutions through accurate system of rights and duties and accountingand the rule of institutional thought dressing based not on people

Thank you for your answer. Hypocracy is deep routed in many of the organisations in this part of world.(Karachi, Pakistan). On one side it is harming the organisation itself and the individual behaving in this way get their share of benefits, perks and promotions at the cost of honest and dedicated employees. Yet very few organisations/Managers are aware of its presence. Identifying and eliminating such a behaviour may pave way for organisations to achieve efficeincy and transparency.
