What is the difference between Efficiency and effetiveness?

Efficiency is a comparison between inputs and outputs while effectiveness is the extent to which objectives are achieved.

Effectiveness is concentrating with the result, doing the right task, completing activities and achieving goals.

Efficiency is Performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort.
