I do this on a regular basis - as it is not often a CSR gets a genuine complement - in fact I have even emailed the CEO AND Manager of a business to ensure the CSR is noted for their high performance.

When we come across a CSR who is doing an outstanding service if we do not appreciate such action may go unnoticed and may be discontinued after a time. Hence the need for appreciation. So that th e benchmark can be enhanced from time to time.
Being a Customer, one should definitely compliment a CSR's hard work and helpful response to his/her seniors and superiors. This would not only encourage the CSR for more hard work and dedication but will also strengthen business ties between the customer and the company. For positive response has always been welcoming towards mutual betterment of both entities.
As a senior management in the company i do appreciate those customers who are giving praise with my service and have good feedback from my line manager. Everyone loves to be appreciated after the effort they have made to earn that, and nothing motivates a hard worked then a heart full of appreciation for the right work done. That makes him/her more inspired to their job and more motivated which is very important.

By filling up the Customer Feedback form and giving the credit to the staff who assisted me.
If the CSR was able to answer all my queries and can give a comprehensive answer then most likely I would love to give a compliment and address it to his/her manager by giving a good feedback to that CSR.
when i will register my complain to CSR and after the committed time my issue will not b resolved and then again i will contact to customer service center and will talk to the manager about CSR's behave if that was not good otherwise will talk to manager about my issue y that was not resolved after multiple attempts.
