What happens if you delegate without control?
Like go to war without weapons, I give the authority and responsibility to my employees to give me more than what I want and supervision by the progress Because each person they have his style, depend on this personality and responsibility.
If the can't deal it, should go out from my war.
Delegate without control; it is like you trying to execute an idea and you do not have a blue print for the same. Control is the precious thing to execution of anything. Without having control our mind could not work properly as the same if I will delegate without control so we cannot get desire result of any execution.

no accountability , hard to achieve goals, chances of mistakes
1- Real miss.
2- Spoiling company Assets and Policies.
3- Destroying the employee.
If a task is delegated without adequate control, there is high likelihood that the task may not be delivered to expectation

Delegation generally includes assigning responsibility to an employee to complete a task, by granting him sufficient authority to gain the resources to do the task and letting the employee decide how that task will be carried out.
Typically, the person assigning the task shares accountability and the responsibility with the employee for ensuring that the task is completed effectively and efficiently under his complete supervision and control, otherwise the whole system will be completely interrupted.
