Academic degree will provide the dynamic thinking ability and problem solving solutions from updated studies. Age is coupled with experience and both will go together unless physically unfit.

it all depends on the description of the job. However, Age, experience and degree complete each other but I do believe that age & experience should come first then the degree. Lots of top positions are occupied by people who barely have a degree but they got this post because of their productivity and experience. Age is important as it is a motivation to get the experience. it is the movement to look after the info. the degree is the implementation of the job.
