1- Accurate description of requested item from authorized person
2- The supplier must have a quality and QA/QC policies and quality Manual
3- The Buying organization should have a tracking system of bought items and depend on statics in evaluating real value and suitablility of these items.
4-The procurement dept. should be sure from presence of enough data for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
5- The warranty and guarantee should be obvious before placing POs.
6- Supplier should have a good reputation in technical support and fast response for callings.
7- If we have data by supplier about you product Reliability, performance, maintenance readability, retrofit abilietc.. All that will impact suppliers situations.
8- Lead and shipping time.
