By planning for a short and long term strategy. It require determining the goals of the company, the future challenges facing the market, deciding how to solve weakness points of company, preparing the staff to be.updated with advanced technologies, and other requirements necessary for the continuity of the work and competition

Formulate Organizational strategy taking into consideration economic growth, political stability, environmental issues, demographic issues and preference of the management. 

Secondly, also think of innovation and creativity 

Now, you must have your own conviction  with a big picture to lead and move forward.

1. First study my past to learn from my mistakes and know about my points of strength and weakness
2.  analyze my current situation and set my long term and short term goals for future
3. make my plans to achieve my goals gradually
