I think for bussiness Entity
M/S used to represent a recognized business entity wherein Mr, Miss & Mrs may be the integral part of it. Being the reason as entity and not being individual based on gender, it’s always M/s or Messrs.
Thank you for the invitation. In my opinion, it should not be used because organization's name is obvious in most of the cases therefore there is no need to mention M/S prefix. However, we should use gender abbreviation only when addressing to some person.
