Thank you for invitation. We should not fight back but should make some policy or ignore. There’s nothing like a negative public comment or nasty message on social media to really put a damper on your day, or your business. Even a single critical voice can have a big impact and might seem to outweigh a symphony of supportive ones.Since dealing with difficult comments can both drain energy and consume, it’s important to differentiate between disgruntled customers and anonymous haters, and to respond to each appropriately. The following strategies can help you and your small business manage the inevitable but it’s up to you to determine which is the most appropriate for your communication style, specific readership and business.

Strategy #1: Establish a written policy for  comments.

Strategy #2: Moderate comments.

Strategy #3: Ignore hostile comments, but respond to legitimate concerns—in private, if possible.

Strategy #4: Respond to everyone privately.

What will you gain by fighting?

You must think before acting

Never lose your calm

See the good side of things

Avoid losing control of your means

Do not lower your level

Self control

Always keep your feet on the ground

You must believe only what you see or hear

Keeping your cool

Do not believe everything you are told

Beware of people who create seditions

Beware of agitators

Focus on your goal

Think about the company's interest

You should know that these bad comments will not diminish of my person?

Make these bad comments a motivation to surpass yourself

No. Fighting back won't help or do any good apart from worsening the situation. If you know that you're on the right track, just concentrate on what is right & what you believe in, maintain your cool & integrity Because it will be only a matter of time when the wrong critics & haters will be proven wrong. Eventually the truth will come to light as well as the wrongs too, then many will differentiate between the two. I do appreciate & endorse the excellent submission of Mr. Nadjib.
