Material handling does cost money and lives. That's the most important entity in supply chain and warehousing world. If you cant handle your goods, then you shouldn't be in the business.

That's the most important thing in operating a successful business, no matter what it is. Especially at my job, I dealt with hazardous material on a daily basis and I know the importance of it.
