We don't have a certified HR college degree in Arab countries, do you expect to see well trained HRs or it will be individual effort?

I think, there are various prestigious institutes who are offering HR and please d search for CIPD as they have presence in Middle-east

Contrarily, the GCC has a range of excellent educational institutions and universities offering HR degrees and programs!

There are many recognized universities in GCC who are offering HR as major.
