I think I will do it at first by creating awareness with a big opening begining with press, media and internet advetising then I would create a relationship with my attendees before the event by icebreaking on social media network to finish by providing an exciting experience to my attendees. the day of the event.
In my view, PR events are always organized with a specific motive which could be anything i.e. To introduce a new board member or senior official, to unofficially launch a new product or service, to make people remember that company/ organization is very well connected with its clients (Old, existing & new) or any matter of importance and is in the great interest of the company. Also, PR events is an opportunity to uplift/ polish the image of the organization. A successful PR event not only re-establishes a brand in its segment, but also give an imputes to further educate and inform people/clients/customers what companies vision is and why a platform has been provided to the employees and customers to interact and share their views with each other. Last but not the least, PR events have different definition in different industries(Manufacturing/ Media/ Hospitality etc.). For instance a conference or seminar could also be called as a PR event if it organized by an Industry body, however if organized by a professional firm then it is projected and planned in an entirely different manner though the purpose could be same
To ensure attendees know which company is hosting an event, many strategies are employed. for example;
a. Issuing of branded gifts like flash disks, key holders, hand bags etc
b. Mentioning the company by Master of Ceremony.
c. Having motion graphics tailored with the corporate identity of the company.
d. Dressing the organizing team with branded attire.
e. Identifying the sponsoring company on the event promotional adverts.
f. Mentioning the company on invitation cards/message.
Interesting, Maybe a give away distributed to the attendees printing on the pack Hosted by:
Small logo and in elegant way not very obvious
There are several options and in my experience the less is noticed the more is effective. The host of a exclusive event, as PR events should be perceived, must be presented with a refined and attentive selection of small gestures, surprising details, and gracefully throughout the whole night.
