What does the Quality mean and its criteria in a certain project?

Quality in short, is giving clients what they need when they need it.

For any project, a carefully thought-out and executed quality plan with an eye on quality cost should be sufficient criteria.

Quality criteria are customer satisfaction, and meet the quality requirements, ...... etc.

Quality is the measurement of excellence for products, life as well as humans. The criteria for certain project varies in accordance to the expectations of the development.
