thank you to invited me in this conversation. I'm from Italy and so I don't have experience in UAE insurance market.
Anyway, in my opinion a reasonable answer could be "Oman Insurance company" since they won many awards in last years. (please see link below --> http://www.tameen.ae/en/about-us/awards-and-achievements).
Consider also that from a customer perspective, it could be important evaluate company's nationality: for example, European customer could prefer a priori european companies (indipendently from that fact they paid claims in time or with some delay).
