to have a good admin he shoud be qualiied before any thing. with more experience he can be more and more better. the senario of the battle between the qualifed and expert employees is only occuring at our developing countries. at the deloped countries booth are fuctioning in a respectful team work of sharing both experience and informations which keeps the team work always succesfull.
