You can be an oldman in your 20's. You can be young when you're 70.
Psychological age matters a lot. In my career I had subordinates over 50 and over 60 - and they were no worse than the young ones.
Anyway, you shouldn't judge people just on their passport age.
For some roles, it may be true. But my experience has seen people who have entered their 50s or even 60s perform to their full potential and turn-up to be the real deal!
Judging basis the age questions your potentials basically, judgement should be basis the performance and Ideas of the employees towards the growth of the company.
I agree with Mr. Evgeny Kuskevich
Greeting
I totally disagree, AGE is not a factor, competencies counts.

Age doesn't Matter what you should look at is your willing and capability of work passion of challenges and changes
No i dont agree , i agree in skills and performance , if you link with age its direct discrimination
I would like to analyze them on the basis of their opinion/ suggestion not by age.
