Mr. Shabbir though your query could be replied in both way i.e. advantages & dis-advantages but as you asked for pros, here are few;

 

1-      MOTIVATED EMPLOYES: One of the prime benefit is it’s a sign on internal motivation and other will assure that company consider internal resource for  future opportunities.

2-      COST SAVING: while hiring candidate from out of organization might requires advertisement publication, consultant fee, or recruiter cost for  doing all rituals for new hiring. In case of internal recruitment, organization could save reasonable amount.

3-      NON-FINACIAL EDGE: When recruitment is done form within the organization then time and related resources could be save as in case of new hiring one must take time for orientation and to understand the company format and procedures.

4-      CULTURE AND ORGANIZATION NORM: An existing employee is very well aware of the organization setup, cultures and do and don’ts which need to share and learn by external recruitment. There are numerous example around us where a new employee was unable to adjust with organization culture and rules which is not an issue in case of internal recruitment.
