If your manager promotes you to a higher position and you feel like you don't deserve it, would you still accept the offer?

Different people,different mentality, some people will accept the challenges, why, they want to learn more want to see New things, some people don't accept the challenges because they have fear inside if I can't work whatever the task will be given, I'll lose my job I'll be kicked out from the company, life will become monotonous with the same job with the same timing everything is the same. fear can't let us go ahead..But I am a daring person and I would love to face the new challenges want to work in a higher position with the new environment maybe I feel I am not deserving to accept that position, but just one step can change everything. It takes time no one is perfect , Be positive I can do all things people are doing it even I can do better. So I'll accept it.

You can't NOT accept. Not accepting a promotion can ruin your career - you might never get a promotion offer again. So you will accept and make every effort to make it well deserved.

Rather than in same old life cycle we should work in a challenging environment to the betterment of our life style. So with pleasure I'll accept and I'll upgrade my skills to be a deserved one for that.

Yes I will accept his offer and start working on new task. I'm self motivated so I have to put my all efforts to achieve the target and learn and gain new skills and experience.

Yes I would as there was nothing that I learned in my mothers womb. I learned practiced, got self motivated and did what I believed in myself. and that few believed in me and few did not.

First of all its not possible in present world, you done 90% prefectly task, then you came in front of directors and board members, they decided your higher position. Or manager give me higher position do yes i always accept the offer because challenging and risk became you prefect.

I ask him to put me in a test for some time ,if I succeeded in the task ,it was. If not , cost one more efficient than me

Yes I will accept the offer and be a happier person because I want to be an achiever in my life.  Being an achiever takes courage and confidence to tailor make life for a better future.  Higher position brings higher responsibilities and challenges.  Precisely for which we are in this world.  Self-worth is important and never to put yourself down, moreover take this opportuity to prove to others of the abilities hidden and proven will bring better income and lifestyle improvement also the circle of success brings happiness and better job satisfaction.  Make everyday worthwhile in your life and in my life it is important to be the person I want to be and meet more successful people in my career.  Promotion in jobs makes it possible for helping others too in a company or organisation because seeing success in one individual the company line of staff improves their outlook too.  Social structure improves and more knowledge is shared within the staff whenever necessary.

my manager saw in me the ability and the capability to be in a higher position, if i do not accept or if i simply think that i don't deserve it,what type of message i send in a domain that involve challenges and evolution? that will be considered a negative message and a sign of weakness. it is normal that a person feel afraid or hesitant to hold more responsibility from the first time, but any ambitious person can work on himself to improve his ability and to equip himself for the new position. if the position is not giving to you , it will be giving to another, so can you accept this? 

yes.to satisfy the manager and pto proove my future skills to him. and if the company demands my promotion i will accept that
