The only thing worse than training employees and losing them is to not train them and keep them. Do you agree?

No. I dont agree.

I have employed many great employees and have never trained them for various reasons. Some who require training, get a complete and consolidated training plan, and a mentor. 

• You cant judge the human factor. People work to live, not live to work.

Staff will come and go - it is all part of the circle of life. You need to be true to yourself and stay in a role - or leave it for your own reasons.

All the training in the world wont make you/employee stay in many a toxic or unenjoyable job - or you are not remunerated well enough.
