We can have Brain storming session with Client to understand Problem. Before having the session can have personal profile sharing so that both can get to now each other.

If the customer is not satisfied it means that you have a problem
there is a strategy called communication strategy . some times clients are not that technical enough so you might have to explain him/her while approaching his/her mental level. for this it is better to explain using documentation which prove all need has been completed . Well it is a common issue
First of we need to identify whether the client is suit to our product. Identifying the the customer according to the our MECP is an important thing in marketing. If the client is not able to explain their problems we need to understand the client is not able to adjust with our product and services due to various reasons such as price, non importance of the product in their life..etc. So Identify the customer according to our product's specialities and market the product in that type of p[otential customers then we can succeed in sales.
First of all we must study the client befor we showing our services and then we must accept him by any means then we do our job by giving him our top services.. but even if its not worked we must have another plan to deal with the costumer untile we answer all his questions. Better than losing him
The case is on an Appeal procedure where the problem is dicussed with three people in an authoritive position and they ask the client to put down the comments for the problem and each of them view this positively finally asking the client for an explaination being dis-satisfied. It makes it easy to make a ruling on the decision final and close the case.
