- Is Conformance to Requirements for both ( Customers & products ).

Since All the choices given are related to the Topic on request - I would choose all of them.

Since the Quality is built into not inspected into the project , out of the given, option B appears to be most appropriate.

Quality Assurance; The best way  to insure Quality Conformance is to Set Guide lines, Monitor according to required Data and Specification that will prevent future mistake or defects in the manufacture of products and or in a Construction Business.
