What is the best experience you ever had in your Civil Engineer life? Please share your knowledge that you've been encounter in your entire career.

Ability to control the site and manage the work

I have a short career but my best experience is taking failure from the past as a positive aspect to improve more, do more to pursue your dreams like positions you want or fields you want to work for and etc. When you go to other places to work, you will meet different kinds of people like the one who encourages others, one who put down other or one who are boastful and etc, so you need to learn how to accept bad things that you think it is true and you need to do something to improve more. Worst things are to be ignored if it doesn't fit for you. I also observe this in one of my colleague who happen to be a fresh graduate before when we work together, and now he is one step ahead on his dreams.
