because if you ask a good question it would be helping for other as well as for you and its answer contains a very detail information a listener must have about the teaching topic 

Because of the importance of the question, Tony Robbins talk about this point in one of his podcasts and said " The good queston can change your focus from something to other one " If we want to put our students focus on important concept to learn, We should ask the powerful question.

good question,not all the questions are answerable or even help to create a clear image about the problem we seek to solve, and sometimes it might lead directly to a dead end, so  knowing the right way to ask about something will lead to a better understanding of the problem which will eventually produce a solution.
