In my opinion, the best motivation to drive the trainer when the trainees under his/her supervision qualify the training successfully. Moreover, when they show the better performance in their respective fields after the completion of training. Obviously, it is the motivational factor and a success story of being a trainer.
Infact its the audience who drives the trainer. If they participate actively, then trainer gets motivated and delivers efficiently and vice-versa.
The best motivation for the trainer is when the whole batch that he/she has trained meets the requirement of the organization. After recruitment the employees have to be trained to do the job for which the company has hired them. And if the trainer can motivate all the trainees towards that goal it is the greatest motivation. In the ITES BPO sector the trainees are trained to support the customers over the phone. For that they have to pass the mock call test. This test is a dummy test where the trainees have to deal with irate customers, keep their cool and make the customer happy at the end of the call. If the trainees pass the test it the biggest motivation for the trainer.
One of the BEST things you can do to maintain your own drive and motivation is motivate another person. I know, it sounds selfish but helping someone else out really is a win-win for both parties.
Whether it’s a heartfelt compliment, taking time to cheer someone on during a class or group workout, or going totally out of your way to send someone a positive note, email, call, text, or whatever – as long as it’s SINCERE, it’s worth it.
I believe everyone is very much motivated by fear when it comes to training (and in many aspects of life). Other things motivate us, too, of course: wanting to reach a goal, our sense of pride, a training partner, and so on. But fear is always that one underlying motivator that drives it all. Fear that we won’t reach a goal. Fear that we’ll let ourselves or our training partner down. Fear of not doing or being our best. Yes, even (and perhaps especially) elite athletes are motivated by fear, whether or not it’s a conscious realization
