What is the best style in professional interviews?

Formal but one that you feel comfortable and confident and at ease, basic minimum a clean ironed pant & shirt with an appropriate tie, jacket/ coat preferable ,  mild perfume advantageous, and don't forget polished shoes.

Ladies have more varied choices though it should be formal and conservative (safer), till you know the corporate culture , I know even non Muslim ladies wearing Burqa / Najab  out of choice when having appointment at Government offices even though its not mandatory.
