I strongly agree. I always believe that the most important people in the business are the employees. They are the brains and heart of the Company, they run the process of the Management from the start until the end of the day, they take care of the service and their performace more than their peronal health. Being great employee means excellent customer service and that is one very important factor of a successful Company.
