This number that you are seeing now is the total number of views on your CV + the views on your Public profile. If you hover on the number you will see the details.
This change was presented at the end 2012 by Bayt.com. This may explain why they used to match and now don't.

Hello Amit,
The public CV statistics on dashboard (for CV with an activated Public Profile) which is your case since you are using Bayt streams, show the sum of your CV Views + Public Profile Views
To see the count and who saw your public profile use the visibility chart here:
http://www.bayt.com/en/mycharts/
So in your case(from your screenshot), you have 20 CV views, and 79 Public profile views.
