Can we increase human quality in education?

Ya sure. We train student to be punctual, honest, obidient and also to respect all human beings.

Yes, I do believe. because education can be formal or informal but it  is a continuous process. every moment we are learning something and that is giving opportunity to rectify ourselves.there can be some minority exceptions but its percentage will be very less.
