They respect employees when show wellbeing towards another member in the company and help them to come up. They build good values for the company. A person with good moral and self-respect and carries himself well within the group, working well as a team. A person who does not gossip as it is lethal to the business causing strife.
Giving meaning to the professional life of the employees depend on the various factors that contribute to happiness and success in the organisation. The factors contributing to success is the youth of the organisation and the elders work on par with no strife. it is the young mind that absorbs business concepts and success. The elders in the organisation will be a key part to the company because of the experience and knowledge they possess and how they use it to solve problems on a day-to-day situations. The Leaders can build employees by contributing to their ideas shared and implementing the best to evolve a success in business, and their studies by giving them the support they need, helping them lead a team and build their capabilities, fair appraisals, a good bonus for a will handled job, Progression in their job, trainings that will help them in their daily skills. By being and building a good team of staff with different skills that contribute to any emergency needs and earns the company good reputation and goodwill.

For instance, if you know that you are working hard so that you can have the home, the car, and the money to shop that you've always wanted, this can become your purpose. It might be that you are working hard to let your children have the life that you've wanted them to have. These can all be facets of the purpose that you have for your professional life, and can lead to your life meaning. You can also use these reasons to help you determine your life direction.
