We selected and implemented an HRIS system, base don teh key critical processes we wanted to implement or improve.
We then had to detail define the respective fporcesses, as else these would not be possible to automate.
Based on the design, we implemented the policies and procedures (irrespective of the HRIS implementation, as this would take another2 year) to ensur ethe people do not get confronted with an unknown process AND a new system, but do it a step at the time
