As a company owner, what category would you choose in hiring the best candidates to work under you? and why? 1. Price 2. Quality 3. A cross of both

A cross of both becuae I need to maximize the potential of my company with the means and resources that I have.  So if I have to hire someone with higher salary or lower salary that really depends on my revenue.  So I need to create a balance where I can maintain some kind of quaity and standard with whatever means I'm allowed.

A cross of both. Quality should never be compromised but at the same time, it should not go over budget. 

 Price and Quality if we care about these two Options we will have a good candidate with good price...
