Building a team to conduct training demands an understanding of the knowledge and the experience of the such team members.
1) The training team must be good in communication.
2) The persons selected must have a pleasing personality.
3) The content of training must be made interesting and should be standardised.
4) The Trainers must be well groomed about their body language
5) The trainers must be well informed about the subject matter
6) The trainers must know who they are training and what their responsibility levels are
7) The trainers must use simple examples and role plays to make the sessions interesting
8) They should encourage participation and feedback and ideas of the trainees
9) The trainers must give equal importance to all trainees in the training session
10) Before conducting the training, the Manager must have mock sessions with the training Team

The in-house training team has two ways
1 - Simulation method is to provide an atmosphere similar to the atmosphere of work in a realistic simulation and it requires expert hands from outside the institution to be a lower cost
2. The way knowledge is transmitted, which is prevalent and requires skills from the other
- Full knowledge of training (training of trainers)
- Full knowledge of the jobs in place of training (competencies of retirees employed as trainers and consultants)
- Full knowledge of organizational culture of the institution
- Ability to communicate with modern generations
- Understand that the trainee is no less skilled than him but lack experience of the years
If these conditions are met, you can get a successful and efficient training team
