Well. By enhancing their skills in particular fields. Surely its about the region where you belong or your work. Surely in UAE females Welders, fabricators, Helpers and Masons are not suitable but it does not mean that its gender discrimination. Also i know many ladies who are working on good posts and they are preference of the employee due to their skills.
Mostly woman's in the generations are focus on their careers and looking for their future rather than thinking to get married earlier than normal age, several woman wanted to put more effort in order to earn recognition and praise at work and to be known well in an organization.
What kind of gender challenges? Please cite examples.
My answer. Women are overcomers. We are far more overachievers. We can do things every man can do now. We just have to work as every man work. Think the way men thinks.

In present era gender preference is no more problem due to professional competition. If any female is facing the problem then she must be groomed with self confidence and necessary training may be the useful tool to survive in professional life. Education with sound professional knowledge is the best source of confidence.
Women should stop feeling less of their selves and don't always consider men as superior because in some cases u could actually be better than the men in some field. Women should learn to top up their game in their chosen career and thrive to be the best. Don't always play the victim that needs care and attention rather be bold, smart and full of confidence
A women cannot alone overcome that challenge completely, but she can at least have a initiative by making the organization aware about the channages they face and what the organization can do to achieve gender equality by bring them slowly in their culture to have as one of the competencies of the organization to achieve gender equality.
