How can our offices (work space) be a brake of our efficiency and the company growth?

That's happening when:

• Everything within that space will work against you and not with you.
• There are no cooperative coworkers, colleagues.
• The work atmosphere is gloomy and non-stimulating.
• Nothing pushing you to work, initiate, create.

I agree with Omar. Can you share more information on the situation. I would like to help you on this one from a Operations point of view.

Our offices (work space) be a brake of our efficency and company growth when there are some elements in that work place not for the good of you. There are  No Co-operative staff or colleagues, non-stimulating environment and none to create or initiate positive feelings in order to bring people in the work group together.

Office Space should design and color in motive way employee spends more than 8 hours on work space it need something good to refresh rather than simple plane office. The work space should be comfortable office should have lots of drinks like different kinds if Tea, coffee or soft drinks. The Air circulation should be proper and lightning should be accurate 

if you give responsibilities without authorities to your people.

The must be designed to increase productivity through increasing efficiency of workers.

use appropriate office furniture

Use trouble free IT equiment

Office temperature shoukld be around twenty three degree cencius

Office discipline so that there is no noise

Provision of free tea/ coffee ( cost very litte but very effective)

Unless the staff are feeling that "work space", is well design in order to be friendly using, comfortable and satisfy their work requirements, of course it will be against the company's efficiency and its growth.
