You could use latest Project management software to keep the tracking all digital and accurate. It doesn't only save time from doing the tasks manually but also forces the managers to do things on time as they will have to report it into the software.

The process of estimating, assigning, and regulating project expenses is known as cost management. The cost management method enables a company to forecast future expenditures and, therefore, decrease budget overruns. Reason No. 4: Underestimating Project Difficulty or Complexity

It’s more likely to happen with big, expensive projects – the type with hidden “surprises” that haven’t been unearthed yet, like building projects that involve excavation work. But underestimation can impugn smaller projects, t

I believe there are several platforms that project managers can use to identify tasks and assignments. If I had to choose an option, I would go with (C) because projects are quite intricate and there is not a "one size fits all" template that guarantees success and completion. It's the responsibility of the project manager to see how platforms such as ASANA  can be utilized effectively to ensure success and efficiency.
