Hi Salma, You can go for short walks and engage in very low intensity forms of exercises to stave off any back pain etc. Whenever cramps should start to act up do hold on to a bench or the boot of your car & hyperextend your back a little, thats if youre out and about walking in a park etc.
Some swimming & exercises with resistance bands or even climbing a few flights of stairs will do you good as the abdominal wall is getting stretched and activated even more through movement in daily life.
