How can your employees contribute to your own success?

Success: the fact of getting or achieving wealth, respect, or fame — success in a sentence.

What is success: when you achieve what you want or intend.  The factors that help an individual become successful is many and being flexible is one of them and being open to constructive criticism, and welcoming feedback with an aim to improve and learn quickly so that opportunities are not wasted.

Employees contribute to your own success when they watched you perform and learned what you have done by shadowing under you and achieving the goals.  You have achieved yours because you took the time to show them your methods and skills.  Taking care of details are as important when you shadow someone, hence notes form the basis of learning as well.  You are the model from where they applied themselves and became successful too.

Employees, when they watch you decide on various issues and solving problems also helped tham along the way to learn from you(being the model) in every way.

Employees will defiantly contribute t your success in two cases:

1. If they are involved in the decision making, they will be come committed to the tasks in hand and then to your success.

2. If they believe they are part of your team i.e. success story.
