Being in #HR for so many years i have compiled presentations during our recruitment drive that what mistakes (intentionally or unintentionally) are done by applicants. There are numerous issues while applying for the job and few of them are:
- Forgot to attach resume
- Contact deetails are missing/not provided
- No proper subject
- Resume file name is very dull (like mycv.doc, resume.doc, date of resume.doc etc)
- Not mentioning the job code
- No salutation
- No message in body of email
