What are the phases in the labor relations process?

Actually, I have not experience in this field, I prefer to wait for more answers from colleagues 

It is from ladder chart and depents on  the kind of company .

Union Organizing, Collective Bargaining and contract administration. 

Frankly I have acting quoted the answers, briefly they can be:

1. Recognition of the rights of employees under applicable laws.
2. labor agreement formation and negotiation.
3. Implement the agreement and make sure to have its clauses fully in force.

It depends of the law of every country and on the contract of employment or on the agreements

No matter which country is. We should have friendly environment with the labor and keep them close to us so that we could know their strength and handle them positively in any case.
