ما دور المراجعة الداخلية في المنشـأت الاقتصادية وتفعيل هذا الدور , والصلاحيات الممنوحة لها؟

لم يتم تفعيل دور المراجعة الداخلية في الدول الشرق اوسطية الا في الاعوام الخمس الاخيرة ومعرفة دورها الحيوي وخصوصا في المنشأت الاستثمارية وشركات الآموال حيث أن دورها ايجابيا في معالجة جميع الثغرات . وتقريرها المراية اللازمة للشركاء .

ولكن للاسف الشديد في بعض الشركات العائلية يعتقدون أن المراجعة هي مراجعة مالية فقط ولكن المراجعة أوسع وأشمل من ذلك تشمل جميع الادارات بالشركات .

وتزيد أهميتها في الشركات عندما تستمد صلاحيتها من مجلس ادارة الشركة وقوتها منهم .

والآن بدأت المراجعة الداخلية تثبت اقدامهما ووجودها في جميع الشركات ، لفهم دورها ومعرفة أهميتها.
