Leaders fail in writing suitable CVs at first. How do you recruit those future generation leading individuals excluding the mere content in their CV?

Most of the greatest people in the world have either not attended school, dropped out of it, or scored low grades.

Muhammad Ali, Ghandi,Bill Gates, etc..

In this era, how are we supposed to identify them other than scanning their CV's?

Because not everyone is great at convincing and conveying who they really are through their CV.

IST - i would suggest that questions should be written in a way that could be easily understood. Using complicated words in a non organize sentence would eventually complicate understanding. That does not imply smartness at all.

But your question is really a great question to ask I may say.

2ND - to answer your question,  CV is the face of job application.  Hence,  Cv must contain all necessary information about the applicant like experiences,  skills, qualifications,  aptitude,  interest and others.  Though,  we cannot deny the fact that some people are really good in writing while others are not.

3RD -  that is why we have the next step called the interview to verify the content of the CV and to satisfy the information which are not identified in the CV.

4TH - Recruitment Team must have the necessary knowledge and skill to determine people with great talents regardless.

I'm afraid your premise is untrue.  The majority of highly successful people do have good CVs early in their career.  (A number of studies have been done on this.  Look at the educational experience of billionaires - a considerable portion have PhDs.)

However, your point is a good one, and highlights one of the glaring deficiencies of the CV system.  Always remember that a CV can only tell you the main, relevant good things that the candidate has done in the past.  They contain no information at all about the future.  This is why questions like, "Is education or experience more important?" are so foolish.

The most important thing about a candidate is their character.  You are hiring the whole person, not just the bits on the CV or the bits that came up at interview.
