How do we ensure a culture of creativity and idea generation at our organizations?

I have always believed that the best ideas may sometimes come from the most unusual of places. Hence, with a transparent approach, most organizations should allow staff members to voice their opinions and suggestions, which in turn, will promote creativity and idea generation.

Invite ideas, judge the best ideas (invite all to judge), reward them. This will motivate others to participate. Keep this continuing.
